“Redefining Educational Communities”
L&P Educational Services was established to redefine educational communities to be conscious of the role race and culture play in pedagogy and leadership practices; and provide the tools, skills, and knowledge for educators to challenge and disrupt the patterns and policies of systemic inequities. L&P Educational Services helps to build the capacity, confidence, and expertise of educators to teach, lead, and sustain equitable and culturally responsive classrooms and institutions where all students thrive and meet their full potential. Additionally, through our annual Educating Diverse Students (EDS) Conference and other professional learning opportunities, L&P Educational Services helps to transform the mindset of educators who will become culturally reflective practitioners who continuously pursue educational equity for all students, while celebrating diversity and embracing the richness of human experiences.
